We are very strict on the calibre candidate we choose to represent and we conduct in-depth interviews with all candidates, either face to face, via Skype or telephone-dependant on the candidate’s location and flexibility to meet at our offices.

During our interview process, we endeavor to understand our candidates’ needs and chosen career path, in order to present candidates with the same goals and vision as our clients, as well as to establish a cultural fit.

Reference Checks, Matric Verification, ITC, ID and Criminal checks are done as a standard service. A number of additional Tests and Verifications may also be done on our client’s request.

We prefer to agree to exclusivity with our candidates, but will also choose to represent a candidate, should they be of a high calibre, and already registered with another agent.

We realize that our candidates reflect directly on us, and we aim to represent only the best.
